How the Foundations Training Works

Progress through the foundational movement training, teaching practice, certification, and advanced pathways.

Modules 1–3: Available online or in person
Module 4: Hands-on training, offered in person only

Teaching permissions during training

After completing each Module, eligible teachers-in-training may begin teaching:

After Module 1: NMP – NeuroReset™ 25

After Module 2: NMP – NeuroReset™ 25 and 45

After Module 3: NMP – NeuroReset™ 25, 45, and 75

Teaching is permitted within the applicable NMP teacher-in-training guidelines.

After completing Modules 1–3, the required teaching practice, final project, and certification exam, eligible graduates may earn the designation:

Certified Somatic Exercise Teacher – NMP Method, Level 1

Module 4 introduces foundational hands-on NMP Somatics work, including assisted pandiculation, body-image exploration, breathing, walking, and advanced facilitation. Graduates may incorporate the approved techniques taught in Module 4 into private somatic sessions within their existing professional scope of practice.

One foundation. Three advanced pathways.

NMP Somatics™ Foundations is the shared entry point into:

* Movement Teaching Pathway
* Clinical Somatic Education Pathway

* Somatic Yoga Pathway

Advanced coursework, practicum, mentorship, observation hours, and specialized modules are currently in development.
