MySoma Flow

Continuous somatic movement for deeper integration and embodied coordination

What is MySoma Flow?

MySoma Flow is a continuous somatic movement class for students who are familiar with the foundations of pandiculation and sensory awareness.

While MySoma Reset focuses on restoring natural movement patterns, MySoma Flow builds on that foundation — inviting movement to unfold more fluidly and responsively.

Movements transition more continuously, with variations that encourage exploration, coordination, and choice. Rather than following a fixed structure, students are guided to sense, adjust, and respond in real time.

The emphasis remains the same:
move within comfort
move with awareness
move based on what feels true in your own soma

But the experience becomes more integrated, dynamic, and embodied.

What makes MySoma Flow different?

  • The instructor may lead from the mat, moving with the class.

  • Transitions are more fluid and continuous.

  • Variations invite personal exploration.

  • Students are encouraged to “hunt” for sensory-motor amnesia (SMA) in real time.

  • The practice supports coordination between center, limbs, breath, and attention.

It is less about learning the structure —

and more about living inside the movement.
